That is a standard US Army canteen cup and stove sleeve. That stove sleeve comes off and nests around the bottom of the cup. You can find them online sometimes. I bought a bunch of them at a gun show. They're not expensive.

Thanks! I'll have to look for some at some local army navy stores or something. I think I hit all of our local (and not so local) gun shows for a while. I want to pick up a few for our hike-up trip in a month or so.
