    A little while ago I had just come back from a camp, I had just sat down when a documentary came on about extraordinary people this episode was based on a man called Wim Hof and his amazing ability to withstand extremely cold climate's. He claims to be able to tap into his immune system and as long as he maintain's a certain breathing pattern he can keep calm and warm in these situation's he is the ultimate Eskimo.
