You need to take some time and read through the forum. You'll find this kind of question has been asked a LOT. You can not assess what equipment you would take with you based on your question. It's simply too vague. What is needed in the Arctic is much different than the equipment needed in the Mohave. What is need in the Midwest in January is much different than what is needed in the Midwest in August. Read through this sticky...
