    Default A question about honey

How long does it keep and would it get crystallized eventually?

The brand I love is Really Raw Honey and it says on the jar:
"Never barreled, heated or strained, no antibiotics or pesticides ever.
    Never spoils, it lasts indefinitely."

On a side note...having a spoon-full of honey when the worst sweet tooth cravings hit pretty much cured me from falling prey to junk. I suppose the flavor is so intense that it stops me from wanting anything else sweet after that first bite.

My father used to get a fruit cake from his employer every year. I was the only one who ate it. It would take about a year hidden in the back of the fridge, I would grab a piece once in a while. I liked it and look how I turned out.

Honey will dehydrate if nor properly sealed or stored in too dry a place. The 5000 year old honey I tasted came a comb stored in a fired clay jar sealed with beeswax and then stored in a cave(nature's climate control chamber).
