If by what I have learned over the years, allow me to help one person to start to prepare. This happens sometimes to me (windows vista, ie 8) but I hit refresh and it goes away, I have yet to figure out what is causing it.
I updated my browser to ie8 although I'm still using xp, if that is any help to figure out the problem. I keep cookies and temp files cleaned up regularly so that shouldn't have been a problem. anyway, it's working fine now.
