My family and I were wondering if harvesting salt from seawater was possible by simply collecting seawater and setting it out in shallow pans so the water can evaporate leaving only the salt residue....
Has anyone actually harvested the pine inner bark? The outer bark seems really tough to penetrate so I am assuming one would take an ax to it? Any specifics on harvesting?
