They look good, are they alfalfa?. I think sprouts are a often overlooked source of nutrition. growing sprouts makes everybody a farmer LOL.
What's the average temperature of your cabin? I assume...

ahh yes, cobbler. I had a girlfriend that could make the best cobbler. I would pick a bucket of those awesome kentucky blackberries and she would whip up a cobbler. I miss her pa, ever once in awhile...
