Great link Gray wolf, that is the stove I've been looking for, or at least something like it. I have seen home made stoves with a similar design and like the compact pack design.
The Volcano II stove is not suited for backpacking because of its size and weight at a whopping 22 lbs. I posted it because of its multi fuel capabilities. It will burn propane, charcoal and wood....
