To be honest I would not. Now don't get me wrong, we love living off the land to the extent that we already do. We live on a farm, eat our own food often, raise livestock, and enjoy the country life...
A handy tool we use on the farm is called Diatomaceous Earth. Some of you may use this as well. It works well for us especially controlling pests like Black Widows, etc.
We purchase the product...
Glad you are having some luck getting those guys. Our biggest problems here are coyotes as far as our large stock goes. As for our chickens and rabbit barns, our biggest enemies are foxes, chicken...
Lol, look out!
Lol, I would say my 1982 Toyota pick-up. She is rusty, ugly, but starts every single morning and still hauls bags of feed like nobody's business. Don't use a drop of oil, and believe it or not the...
Not just knives....beautiful works of art CD.
Welcome! I have read the Cody book, pretty good read.
Good post. I agree. I like a good smoke now and then and I am "construction worker" built myself. I am however not in denial. I can still out work most 18 years olds on this farm pounding fence posts...
Careful with the cloud riding! Feel better soon sir.
Our garden showing signs of needing some water as well. Looking forward to some rain. It makes those maters and taters mighty good.
Mid-eighties and sunshine for the last three days...lovin it. Rain moving in Sunday though. Hay is in the barn so let it rip!
I admire how you are overcoming the tragedies in your life. I am very much looking forward to reading on your progress in your new endeavor. I wish you all the best.
You better swap it out for some fresh Folgers.....not decaf either!:munchies:

I fear we are only seeing the beginning of the price increases. You are right, batteries are very expensive now. I keep a lot of extra batteries on hand and have noticed the same thing. Other things...
Good point. The likes of Jones, Hitler, and some dude named Osama that is now fish food, are in a group totally outside of ANY equation in my opinion. Not sure what bell curve would describe these...
That Pro Tek is a great watch. I wear the Casio Riseman daily. Barometer, Altimeter, Tough Solar, 200m WR, and tough as nails. Watching the baro graph I have predicted a lot of bad weather while in...
I am a flashlight-aholic. For my torches that are not used often, I take the batteries out. I don't like reversing the batteries in mine, especially the led's. I never leave the house without my...
