LOL. I haven't had it since I was a little girl, when my cousin would go hunting and make us skin them. The supermarket sometimes carries rabbit, but I'm trying to get away from commercially...

Whats the best way to hunt and prepare rabbit? Is there any point in saving the skin? If so, whats the best way to preserve the hide without chemicals?
