    Ive only been able to find s page saying that they opted for a softer steel
    , so the bayonet would bend rather than break.

    bayonet bush knife.

    I have this old 49-56 russian SKS bayonet kicking around, I was thinking about turning it into just a plain old beater knife.

    recurve bow repairs

    I bought this recurve thinking I could use it stictly for target shooting ( its only 35lb not something id use for hunting)
    But on the limbs are these hairline cracks.
