Smog is man made and is more likely to cause health problems than it is to change the weather. The "average" temp has gone up 1/10th of one...

when the "best" scientists in the world cant predict tomorrows weather accurately, I strongly doubt they have any idea what will happen in 10, 20, 100 years from now, much less WHY it happened
