Same thing we're having her Rick. I'll be doing a shoulder outback, the girls will cook black eyed peas and okra, and skillet corn bread. Yummm!

Try frying chicken wings with no flour. Just use a spice rub of your choice before frying! YUMMY!
2 Vidalia Onions (Sliced)
3/4 cup Veg. Oil
1 cup White Vinegar
3 tbls Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Parsley Flakes
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
Camp is right! but, I like hot chow chow mine has some haberneros in it! You gotta try some ken! Great on black eyed peas! I put it on all kinds of stuff!
I already ate some BBQ chicken...but now I have a craving for some butter beans! They make me have wild dreams! LOl! I have some homemade chow-chow to put on them!
I used real bleu cheese crumbles....
