Nice. I'm sure the recipient will love it.
I'm pretty sure he will!
It's a beauty!

The ebony came out completely different than I thought it would. It has a reddish tinge to it. Very pleasing to the eyes.

I really like that blade shape and the way the textured area contrast with the mirror finish of the blade edge.
That has to be the finest-looking knife I've ever seen.
Lucky recipient!
Knife porn. It don't get any better than that. Very nice.
Nice work!
Some lucky person is getting a magnificent looking knife. Just love all the effort you put forth on that fancy sheath also. Pat yourself on the back for a job well done!
The trouble with Dave's knives is that they are too pretty to use. Until you use one. I've only got two right now. Saturday I'll have three. That handle is Texas Ebony that I cut 40 years ago. It's been sitting in my workshop waiting to become that knife handle.

Amazing knife!
Well, as usual, however good Dave's knives look in the pictures, totally pales to holding one in your hands.
Thanks again Dave, is a beaut!
Alan
Glad you like it.
