Is that at the Atlantic or up in a bay? Looks like there's some pretty dramatic tidal fluctuations there.

The park (Big Talbot Island State Park) is a sea island. The driftwood beach (boneyard) is along the entrance to Nassau Sound, so yes, tidal.

I miss driftwood. Beautiful photography, as usual.

Dramatic tidal fluctuations? That's mighty impressive. I'd have just said your water goes up and down a lot. My teachers set the bar low for me. About as high as their expectations. The problem with school is they didn't grade in any of the things I excelled at. Daydreaming, idleness, creative excuses. Few were as good at those as Moi. That's French, by the way.

Don't be alarmed. Given the current influx of high talk lately, I decided to use some of my own. I don't want to be thought, uh, ..uncultured. Rest assured, I will run out of fancy words and phrases soon enough. A man's got to know his limitations...
