I love sausage gravy and biscuits, never thought to use bacon!!!!

I been using the same gravy making style since 1990 and I love it but I'm not sure if he skipped a step or if cooking it in cast iron skillet keeps it so hot that it browns it .. I cook mine for a few minutes after adding the flour to the grease but his came out the same so now I have to try it in cast and see thank you for the video
