Hi, I'm new here. Been hanging out reading a few interesting posts. Lemme get to the point... Does anyone have a tasty recipe for Wine-cap mushrooms? I have a fresh batch and am honestly bored with the traditional sauté and toss em with whatever else your making idea. I'm looking for something new and different. Maybe, hopefully, someone has a recipe that they have been dying to share :) Thanks.
