I know someone here has one.
How has it done for durability, capability, edge holding?
The Gerber that I carried in the Jeep for 15 years has disappeared and needs a replacement and I am not paying $70 for another Gerber.

Ok. Nothing special. No locks for tools or blades. I have it and I use it for fishing. Wouldnt recommended it for harder use.

everyone needs a wingman
Then don't spend $70 on a gerber. Amazon has several under $70 and some as low as $25. Don't forget, orders over $35 is free shipping!

I have the Wave for a reason the two best blades are on the outside without having to open the pliers. To me it's all about ease of use as I yank it out of the carry case some 5x a day in my job.
I have a Wave. I like it. Never really carried anything else so I can not really compare it but I do like it. Got it as a safety award from work about 5 or 6 years ago. I carry it, either on my belt or in my vehicle most all the time.
Do you have any pawn shops in your area? I generally find multitools of all sorts much more affordable. Many times in new condition. I don't think I've ever spent more than 25.
+1 on the pawn shop and the wave.
I like the Skeletool CX, its my EDC.
I like the reversible bit and with the second bit hidden away that provides 4 options. its not over bulky due to less "Tools" but at the same time it has a solid core of what I need through the day. You can also purchase a bit set that has a carrier for the skele too IRC, but I'm fine with the two bits myself.

The Wingman is a good tool for the money but my EDC is the Rebar. Big step up for not a whole lot more money.
