I'm also doing a CW front end for the MSP430, but I got some of these:

    and these:

for prototyping my digital RF stuff. It saves a lot of work on the fabrication side for the early stages of design, but there's no reason I couldn't just them in the projects as-is. I tell you though, It seems like I've always got 10 datasheets open at any given time.

So what are you doing now a days?...I opened my own fab shop....basically I wanted to find a way to goof off and get paid for it....been working so far....We'll see if it keeps up with the economy the way it is.

Been running a Cub Scout pack with the wife for about 7 yrs.

I've been doing CCW classes here and my NRA Instructors Certs a while back.

Also been doing some prepping consulting....a bit of amateur gunsmithing....building and modifying gear here and there....trying to get my comms nailed down. I want to have our radios hook into a couple Bose tactical headsets .

We'll have to go out some time after it has been raining to try the Blastmatch thing again....I watched you video.

Were you just trying not to use anything but a firesteel?

My bestest buddy in the whole wide world...

Here you can see the spoiled rotten mutt which is the bestest buddy Ive ever had. And she is a beautiful creature too! I love her coat!

We adapted her from the SPCA, she was a court case having been removed from the previous owner because of neglect. She was quite malnourished when they received her.

Today you would never know of her past. She is a happy dog, and she is quite the people dog, loving to be by your

Dual survivor, of the rotator cuff...

by ElevenBravo on 12-02-2012 at 07:01 PM
Well, Ive had both shoulders done now... that means dual rotator cuff surgeries.

He-Man of the Universe crap is now a thing of the past, chores like chopping wood with an axe is no more, weight lifting workouts will be totally different now.

Reason being, if I re-tear either shoulder, with the pre existing scar tissue, the next repair will be much more difficult and the final prognosis may not be quite so favorable as the first procedure.

The end of fly fishing...

by ElevenBravo on 12-02-2012 at 06:48 PM
Well this is it... I give up! Fly fishing in fact is a great sport, but I have concluded today that I do not have patience to develop proper forum. Thu, I am returning my Redman rod for a refund and going to focus on spin casting, something Ive already got a good grasp of!

I enjoyed the challenge, but in the end, for now... Its not for me!
