Back in the day, mom used a hand crank meat grinder that attached to the countertop. It had different plates for different grinds. Mom used it a lot....
still a boyscout, make something out of nothing, where ever you go there you are, simplicity, no noise or bi-products and lastly remember where you are and what you are doing. KISS (keep it simple stupid)....
