    Yes, especially if I'm using yucca fiber. You can make the cordage as fine as you want with yucca. The other cordage materials I use are Buriti palm and Imbira bark, these are both thicker. Mac

    i'am just guessing, but i would think because the tooth has a outter covering of enamel it would be harder than the material thats getting the needle pushed into it. but like i said its just a guess. where did you find it?
