    I use Military Surplus Gore-Tex myself. Gore-Tex is a "miracle-fabric" that lets perspiration out but won't let drops of water in. Google the name: "Gore-Tex" for more info. I did a bunch of research on the fabric before I bought any. That includes talking to one of their top guys on the phone who then sent me "working samples" to experiment with. Other companies have created "knock-offs" of Gore-Tex, but since then they now have a 2nd generation product which out-does the 1st. Check them out. Hope this helps. SARGE.
