Biography:

Hello everyone.

Name is Chinora, for online reasons. I am a 21 year old from the Urban areas in Pennsylvania. For quite awhile I found myself in love with Man vs Wild (granted some of shows are taken to extremes) but also Survivor Man.

For a good while, I never really took the information from the shows for granted. I figured, I live a fairly good life. Nothing is going to happen, I also found myself being ignorant thinking people who spend hours on end a day looking into survival tactics were extremist and almost paranoid looking towards the 'end of days' or people stuck on the Zombie apocalypse craze.

However, As I became older and watched the news more and more. I felt uncomfortable. Crime, natural events and accidents seeming to rise more and more. I started carrying more equipment with me. Things to prevent situations I would day dream about or rather, nightmare over. I transitioned from wearing skate shoes to combat boots. Cargo shorts over to cargo pants and a small dull pocket knife to a SOG tactic knife.

A TL:DR version, I am new to the 'prepping' and survival aspects. So I am here to learn, share stories and advice I have figured out and maybe make a fellow survivalist friend or two.
