This is a link to the film Rez Dogs, it takes place on a Navajo reservation and is about the amount of dogs running around on it, but their religon will not let them kill off the dogs.
Shows some of the ways the tribe thinks, I loke their beliefs but would have to find a way to fix the dog problem... I'm thinking a great big pot and a community stew cook out! Dog makes a fine meal.
