Can Blogs be removed OUT of the trash......?????

I decided to post a blog today and noticed that I could retrieve old blogs that I had deleted long ago. Question: Can I UN-DELETE them and repost them.......?

Second question how do I get a saved "Draft" moved to post......?

OK, I solved the second question, and got it posted. And need help so, I can repost a few of the deleted blogs.
