There is a restaurant in St.Louis and another in Kansas City that sell an over inch thick slice of bologna that has been in their smoker for about an hour then they put some of their famous sauce on it and serve it on plain white bread. Simple straight forward and my quote after one bite was, "A bologna sandwich has no business being this good!"
