Hello from St.Louis

Hi everyone, my name is John. I'm from St.Louis, Missouri. I've become more interested in emergency preparedness and the wilderness since we had a pretty large power outage here in St.Louis. Ive seen that we cant really depend on our government infrastructure and dont want to be caught like that again.
Looking to ask alot of questions and hopefully have some positive imput when i can.
