Ok, Boys, on the road again, this time in northern Wi, for the opening of WI deer season.
This hotel has Wifi, so here I am, at least tonite, for a while.
Gonna see if I can score another deer up here.
One from La is in the freezer, just got a call, from a spotsmans club, that I won a 1/2 of a pig in their raffle (yeah, I know I'm a sucker for raffles).
So any idea on how to have my 1/2 pig cut up?
Got to let them know next week sometime.
Good luck for any one else in Wi that's hunting in the morning.

Absolutely. Send it to QC and we'll eat, er, I mean handle it for you.
Looks like a job for out Meat Processing Division. :innocent:

Why thankyou Ken!! The European Division will do it's best to ensure the pig is fit for it's intended purpose.
