Honey has excellent antiseptic properties- see this thread

Penicillin will lose it's efficacy very quickly once exposed to the air, and it really needs to be prescribed by a physician.

bark liquor is also astringent and antibacterial/antiseptic.
can't say about antibiotic.
I'm allergic to pennicilin. your ointment would likely kill me lol.

Don't know why you think folks were barking at you. They only had your health concerns at heart but anyway...

Pipsissewa tea
Heal-All tea
Coneflower tea
Common Juniper tea

All are supposed to have antiseptic properties for wounds. I don't use them personally, however.

I've always heard that spider webs have antiseptic properties. I don't use it either.

And certainly honey, as Winnie said.

And if you're really tough, Iodine or Potassium Permanganate, or good old fashioned salt solution.
