I can't wait, I've been working like a demon for 2 years without a break and I finally get a week away. A whole week of doing very little in France (if I choose) then the evenings will mostly be spent sampling the local vino collapso! No beaches, no people, no phone, no-one wanting this, that or the other done yesterday, Bliss!:clap:
I am going to check out the French stores to see what items are available over there, that aren't over here, certain areas do the long-term storage and survival thing, so I may just be in luck.:)

Sound like a nice holiday, only one requirement, just enjoy your self.

Keep an eye out for a good French Maid, used is OK, needs to be in good condition.

Enjoy, Winnie. Two years without a vacation. That's sounds more live drudgery than work.

Oh I intend to!
One of the joys of working for yourself is keeping the wolf from the door no matter what. This'll be the first holiday away for 10yrs and it can't come soon enough.

As for French maids..... I'd probably be arrested touting for business on your behalf Sourdough. I can just see it now, "Pardon madamoiselle vous et une jig-a-jig avec mon ami Sourdough?" If that doesn't get me behing bars I don't don't know what will!

You could always claim it was a simple misunderstanding due to the language difference. I mean after all, Sourdough does like French Vanilla Creamer in his coffee.

Now the Vanilla Creamer I could get..... The French maid? Sourdough, you're on your own!

Winnie, if you speak French, or can fake-it, (the French) you just need a French Maid outfit.........:)

Being UK QC, I think it's my job to decide this.
Since we don't have much time, before you leave, I guess pictures will have to do. You can just email them to me, if you don't want the others to see you, in the french maid outfit.:innocent: (Considerate....aren't I?)
