just curious for ideas on the best way to resharpen flint for flint n steel firestarting

Just break a chunk off at an angle. If it gets to small get a new one. That’s what I do anyways.

Yeah flints free on the ground if ya know where to find it.
I have been making fires with flint and steel for over 15 years and have yet to sharpen a rock to make fire. Now for flintlocks, arrowheads, and knives, that's another story.
