We have to respect each other. We are entitled to our opinion, as our fellow members are entitled to their opinion. Respect the person. Debate the theory.

Example: Rick is very smart about economics, However his theories are flawed. It is the theories that are flawed, not Rick. I will continue to debate Rick about economics, so as to help him get his mind'right, all the time respecting him as a person........:winkiss::):winkiss:
