Here is one that is just about done. Just need to sand the edges of the tang and make the sheath. It is 3/16 ATS34 steel with an rc hardness of 59-60. Cocobolo handle and stainless steel loveless bolts. This one is for a forum member who should be getting back from a trip this week. Do you think he will like it??

Yes I will. By the way the trip was OK, but the anticipation of getting back and seeing my new knife kind of took away from it a bit.

Pancho I must say that anyone who recieves that, should be proud to recieve it. It like all your knives I have seen are beautiful, works of art. When do we get to find out who to congratulate? You obviously hold this person in high esteem.

Wow, almost too pretty to use! Actually, it might look a little better with some critter-grease on it. For our vegetarian friends, replace "critter-grease" above with "beans and rice".

Very Nice Pancho. :)
I really prefer the sheath that covers the handle like that.
I had a bad experience with the type that only covers the blade.
Nice knife Crash and good on ya for buying from Pancho. :)

Shiesty thats a nice knife. I'm starting bladesmithing, and i'm wondering, what are all the tools needed to make one. After the blade is forged that is. Thanks

Well I have a belt grinder, drill press, hand files, and a paper wheel sharpening system. Need lots of wet dry sanding paper. Oh yea and a whole lot of motivation to keep you going when your arms, eyes, and back are hurting. Hehehehe.
