6 pack cooler BOB

Found this on another forum, and actually did pick up the components.
Because of the volume of packaging (more than one per pkg), I was able to split it in half and out-fit 2 small back packs, one for home, one for truck.
(I like to wear a pack, rather than carry something)
Heavy on food stuff.

I still use a version of this kit.......and got the idea for keeping the water in another cooler from this article.

** Since a standard toilet paper roll is huge to pack, I always tell people to save the roll from their bathroom when it gets to a much smaller size, compress flat, and place in a zip lock bag.

Seems 2009 was just a blink gone by.

I have about the same contents in a big plastic container in the back of the SUV. That list really is heavy on the food. That is about a week of eating for me.

But I do carry a cooler in each vehicle. Lesson I learned a long time ago. If you are from the south, live more than 20 minutes from the grocery and it is during the months of June, July or August the icecream will not survive the ride home unless you have a cooler. Also works for all the other cold foods from the frozen section.

And as age has crept up on me I find myself planning the size of the get home bag around what the "dead deer trolley" will carry and not my backpacks.
