It's all in the preparation & training! I get so tired of reading people "dissing" the Boy Scouts". Like anything else, it's a matter of leadership, & if the leadership isn't what it's supposed to be then change it, leave, or start your own group; either from within or without! :cool2:

excellent points. With good leadership (these kids seem to have had that), they learn confidence, this allows them to use the skills learned and in turn helps prepare them as future leaders. And that is what we need, is LEADERS, not more Managers.
