i have worked for years trying to perfect the "balanced" wilderness meal.

Dang big "E"! It looks like your back in Florida.

I've eaten a few crawlies in the orient but not a boiled minnow. MMMM tasty.

minnows make a great filler and they are easy to catch. simular to smelt or sardines, they make a perfect survival food. careful use of the plants completes the recomended intakes of protien and minerals.

the main thing is that the food tastes good, and having something that resembles a normal meal does a lot to get me through to the next day.
