water tight baskets

hi i am new here and i was wondering if anyone knows a link or book on how to make watertight baskets

Birch bark, the second layer on the birch...kind of pinkish color, can be made into a water tight basket pretty easily.

and thanks trax i always think of birt=ch bark for containers but yeah could be done
