Just means that with the computer mouse cyber wilderness can be entered 24 hours a day 7 days a week. All thats needs to be done is to hunt down the mouse and use it (after you turn on your computer). That's all there is to it. Just another way of saying it. Bad joke, eh?

what would you use to hunt this creature? and how would you prepare it?
prepare it oh you mean cook it yes sir i most definitely should have said cook it, and how would you like your steak cooked? well just wipe it's nasty ol *** knock off it's horns and plop it on the plate
