Are you talking about little knives like in the upper right of this picture - the ones with the silver handles and cord hanging from them?

I like the 5 in the lower left.
I sent a mess of sawzaw blades up to one of the members here from Tenn. to make a bunch of them thar saw blade knives. Forget the guys name, but have not heard from him since.
That is one of the problems with this board. Those who fade in and fade out. Made a nice sheath and tin for the first pass around knife, it vanished. Now the guy who said if I send him a bunch of blades would make me one.
I'm just going to stop being so da mned nice. Bunch of thieves just lurking, maybe I'll just go back to my arsehole ways.
You want something, make it your da mned self. Oh, you want information, you have fingers and a key board, get off your lazy, wanna be spoon fed arse and do some work you worthless pieces of sheot.

Panch0 - those five are blanks that I picked up at a gun show. One of them was used for my first try at homemade micarta in the knife thread that I had going.

I like that style of knives. Those look like they would be handy out in the bush.

IMO the blade size and shape is well suited for use in the woods.
