It would be nice if they'd make those with a perforated end so you could just snap off the useless part. Save all that grinding and hard work.

Anybody that thinks that knife cannot be used as a weapon and inflict a fatal wound (as it says in the article) is just plain naive.

I know that theres no politics or religion allowed so mods please let me know if I am out of line and I will edit this post. There is a purposed ban going on right now on assisted opening knives and one handed openers like spyderco knives. So me and Crash will be doing mods on the stab proof knife for a minimal fee.

Afraid so. Heard or read about calling an assisted opener a switchblade. Just off the top of my head I have a SOG assisted soon to be illegal. Switchblade-illegal, Benchmade butterfly 4 1/2" - illegal, USMC K-bar sharpened false edge-illegal, Gerber Mark II double edge-illegal, EK edge & 1/2-illegal, Gerber belt buckle-illegal and probably more. In England my SAK would be also, and people wonder why I have studied single stick, Bartitsu, Cunningham and other old arts, probably need a permit for a cane or walking stick soon.:sneaky2:

"probably need a permit for a cane or walking stick soon."

Will need a Doctors note, and be registered with the State office of safety to certify that the CAne is not used for neferious purposes.

I'll be setting up some bottles this afternoon to practice my rock throwing. If anyone wants to join me just let me know.

When a government decides it can't trust its people with sharp objects...

And the people all agree...

That culture is lost.

Rick, just make sure you're throwing those rocks and not using an illegal sling...

Yeah, I know and the rocks can't have points and can't be made of granite and I can't throw with a velocity that exceeds 40 mph. Don't you just hate rules?
