Anyone know where I could find one? 1 - 2 quart size. Wanting to make a couple kits to keep in the vehicles.

What type of material are you wanting and how much do you want to pay? You can get it in Anodized Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Titanium or even in Cast Iron.

Oddly enough, I saw one at Kroger the other day, and thought that'd be nice to have for outings.

I really want the lid to lock down on the pot. That way I can store stuff inside and don't have to worry about it getting lost.

You might be interested in the MSR Stowaway pot, then. It's about 1.5 quart (1.6 liters) comes in stainless steel and the lid latches down on the pot. You should be able to pick one up at most camping stores for between $15 and $20.
