When I read this (http://wcbstv.com/local/bird.strike.prevention.2.1041000.html) I thought about Hopeak or any other entreprenuers out there. Gathering up and selling geese to the mountain men of Alaska could be big business. Seems like a better option than just killing them.

If they would use another means of killing these birds the meat they harvested from them could feed many a needy person.

It will be interesting to see how the Anti hunting crowd responds to this.

Absolutely rat31465,those geese would provide alot of dinners for the soup kitchens,and food banks out there,if I were in NYC,I would definately volunteer my time to kill and clean them,if I knew they were going for a good cause.

Yep - seems to be a whole lot more sense here on this forum than in the bureaucracy of NYC.
