I've always found that smoked meat and fish taste way too good for me to have to worry about their shelf life. They ain't gonna last long, buddy. But that was a darn good article. Thanks

Yes indeed, smoked fish is tasty. But you will still need to store it in a cool dry place and use it up within a few days to be on the safe side.
