matt.... I haven't seen this one but cheaperthatdirt has a tactical vest around $35. I like mine so much i bought one each for my wife, sister & brother in law. the army digital it is extremely well made I recommend it.

Camel-bak has a load bearing vest that also has a built in hydration bladder. I love mine. With water in the bladder it cushions anthing you attached to the back of your vest.
