We've all talked about getting in the best possible shape for the coming hard times.
Now is the time to get started!

I tried it, I liked it, you will too!!
The older we get the more important it is to incorporate exercise into our daily routine.
This is necessary to maintain cardiovascular health and maintain muscle mass.

If you're over 40, you might want to take it easy at first, then do more repetitions as you become more proficient and build stamina. Warning: It may be too strenuous for some.

Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program!

That is funny, I think we could all be in better shape. I get a pretty good work out at work, Im a tile setter. And when Im not at work I try to get out and walk, hike, and work on my skills, I quit smoking and drinking, so that also helps. At 50 I think Im in pretty good shape, I can wear out my stepson and hes 35, Take care of your self because nobody else will.:boxer:
