Man, tough crowd! It's like stumbling into a forbiden zone or sump'n.
I've been lurking at the site for a few months now but havn't really had any comments. I'm 36, with wife and children (3 boys + 1 one due in July). Been hunting and fishing since I can remember. Regularly spend any free time I have in the woods; usually camping. I started backpacking around 20 or so and have been all over the country at various times on week+ long trips in the backcountry. Now that I'm a little older and have a family, my outings are closer to home. Home being Arkansas. I go to Church regularly, own guns, vote Republican, prep for the worst - hope for the best for my family. I keep a sharp eye on politics and current events and have strong opinions about what I beilieve and don't mind expressing them with anyone as long as it stays civil; I don't care to get into a pissing match with anyone on a internet forum. I don't have big $$$'s but buy quality gear when I can so it will last. I rarely have to replace anything due to breakage or ware because I take good care of my stuff. I wish I had more money for preps, but I slowly aquire when I can. I read a lot. Hope to talk to yall some more. -Richard
