Finally, a way to settle all disputes in Free Traxistan.

I hereby proclaim that all disputes involving pi$$ing contests :3: shall be resolved in three (3) rounds of Smack the Penguin, the cumulative total of which the greater shall be declared the winner. Strikes count. No do-overs.
