The wife and I decided to go shopping at a store we were told about In Weatherford Texas called super saver, about 30 minutes from our house.

There canned goods were on sale 47 cents a can, folgers coffee 5.98 normally 8.99, spam singles 78 cents,2 pound box instant mashed potatoes 1.78 and bunches of clearance stuff , like margarine sticks 1lb pack for a nickle bought all they had and threw them in the freezer. I found this store also sells strike anywhere matches, which are real had to find around here. And I noticed they have a 25 pound bag of rice for 24.70 thats about 3.00 less than any other place I have looked.

And Target is having a huge Clarence sale as well, in the sporting goods section there Eddie bower stuff is on clearance, got a nice mini led flashlight for my key ring, and small multi tool also for my key chain for 1.97 each item.

The wal-mart store there has a good clearance in sporting goods, biggest deal there is a coleman watch that comes in a water proof box along with a survival tool for 5 bucks.

And at goodwill, I found Camo tactical vest for 4 bucks, no joke a tac vest for 4 bucks. It is too smalll for me but it fitd the wife, but heck for 4 buck I wouldnt of passes it up anyway.

A contracting economy often makes for bargains if you keep your eyes out for them. Thanks for your efforts to stimulate the economy.:D

Those are good sales. However I get regional and national brands of fruits and veggies for 50-60 cents a can, every day, at Big Lots. No need to wait for a sale.
