Hello all... interesting forum. I've been lurking for awhile, not sure if I did an introduction, so here goes...
A little about me...
I have had a long time interest in all things outdoors. Many years in Scouting, lots of adventure travel, & lots of travel, excitement & adventure during my years in the military. Retired USAF.
I live on 60 acres of virgin wooded land about 40 miles from a good size city. I'm a physician in private practice, my children (daughter & son) are grown and on their own. I enjoy adventure/active travel, usually involving cycling, kayaking, camping or hiking. I also enjoy practicing/studying/teaching karatedo (40 yrs now), and shooting (shotgun, pistol & rifle).
Well, that's a little about me... back to browsing the threads...
Sorry for the reintroduction... when I posted this I found that I did an intro back in June... didn't post much then so I'll leave this intro up...
