came on board after reading the post for a while.
Not much to tell. Retired cop with 25 years in the squad, inner city not rural.
4 years military before that with 1 in nam. MP type stuff.
Old cars and chickens are my activities. I still shoot a lot though when I get the chance.
Have started camping again.
Not real sure I subscribe to the SHTF stuff, but I do admit it s ascarey world out there and better to be prepared than not.
As an old sgt told me once on a trip into indian territory, "its better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it" :cool:
